Best and Worst Dressed At The Oscars
So we didn't predict any dresses, but there is all ways next year!
There were so many amazing dresses this year which makes it very
hard to pick a best dressed.
I'm going to show you my top three best dressed and two
of them happen to be on our prediction list.
Best: Lupita Nyong'o
She wore a beautiful light blue Prada gowned
that just popped with her skin.
The one thing I would change about the outfit would be the
headband it's beautiful just not with this look.

Best: Jennifer Lawrence
Of course Jennifer stunned in Dior, while the color
is being debated (orange or red), but there's no debate
about how amazing Jennifer looked.
I think that this dress could easily been lost in the crowd but, with her
simple swept hair, and backwards necklace made this one of the
best looks of the night.

Best: Charlize Theron
Charlize absolutely wowed in Dior she was defiantly the best
dressed presenter. The absolute best part of this look
was her necklace, it was Harry Winston worth 15 million dollars.
There isn't much more to say than just wow!

Now its time for worst dressed and well.......
there were some bad ones.
Worst: Elsa Pataky
We get that she is pregnant and finding a dress can be difficult,
but there were several pregnant women there
that found appropriate dresses.
It seems like she was trying to show off her baby bump, but where
the dress cuts off the waist just didn't do her baby bump any favors, and
cause the dress to stretch to much at the arms.
Worst: Sally Hawkins
This dress is a gorgeous dress but the tailoring didn't seem right
and just swallowed her petite frame. Even if she wore her hair
up it would have made all the difference.
Unfortunately the dress wore her and she did not wear the dress.
We can't wait for the next awards season and all the fashion that it brings!

Oscar Predictions Part Two
So I was a little off the Oscars are this weekend. So
i'm going to make one post of dress predictions.
In order to do this I'm going to show you what they
wore to the Golden Globes and then my Oscar
predictions!
First up Amy Adams
She defiantly seems to be inspired by her American
Hustle character, with plunging necklines.

This dress is Zuhair Murad, this has a plunging
neckline just like she has been wearing but brings but up a level....or two
Lupita Nyong'o
This Lupitas first awards season being one of the
a-listers and she has made sure people are aware of her, through
her bold fashion choices.

I chose this dress because it is a dress that is
simple but yet so bold and that is how
Lupita dresses.
This is a Gardem dress and I think anything in there
spring-summer 2014 collection would be perfect on Lupita

Sandra Bullock
Okay so Sandra's Golden Globe look wasn't my favorite
looks that evening.
But it's Sandra Bullock she will no doubt look amazing
at the Oscars!

lots of color block dresses so this Giambattista Valli creation is perfect.
Extra- I have one more prediction that I had to share! The problem is who would wear it?
I could think of dozens of celebrities that would wear this.
And two of them happen to be on this list, so this is my second prediction for....

I like this version and the one without the cape.

Oscar Fashion Predictions Part One
With the Oscars only a few weeks away its time to start predicting
what these a-list stars are going to be wearing!
I'm going to start with one of my favorite actresses
Jennifer Lawrence.
We all know that she will be wearing Dior,
but the question is will it be custom dress?
But if she decides not to we have some suggestions.
First lets start out with what she wore to the Golden Globes.

So some people didn't love this dress but personally I loved it!
I think that this showed us how she plans on dressing this awards season,
simple but Bold!
She isn't someone who going to go really crazy
but you never know.
The majority of her pervious red carpet dress all draw attention to her waist.
Which make her look incredibly slim!
And if they don't do that they are very form fitting,
which looks amazing on her
Guess number one: The go to dress

If you're going off of pervious looks this is a shoe in
it has all of her go to elements.
It has the attention waist like she wears and is form fitting at the top.
It also has a high neck line like she had worn at a premier.
This to me is the Jennifer Lawrence dress!
But the problem with this is it very similar to her
2013 Golden Globes dress very very similar.
Guess number two: The didn't we just see this?

Same dress as before just without the netting on the top and a different color.
We really haven't seen her go in this color direction but I think it would
look great on her!
Guess Number Three: The probably not but it would be awesome dress!

I wish she would wear this dress! It the structure that she always
wears but it's also nothing like what she has worn before.
The texture on this dress alone will make her stand out. Then there
is the color blocking that just sends this dress of the top.
With this dress I think that Jennifer Lawrence will be the best dressed!

Valentino 'Rockstud' Shoes!
So we have all seen those shoes as we scroll though Pinterest. They look like they would be considered a weapon but hey it's fashion right? They have all these crazy straps and you think maybe its just some extra ankle support, and they seem to be everywhere you turn.
Well if your having a hard time picturing what I'm talking about those "shoes" are no other than the ever so loved Valentino 'Rockstud' shoes.

You may not think that I like these shoes but I do, I am absolutely in love with them! Although there not a shoe that everybody can wear or a shoe that everyone likes but (I have found out a lot of people don't like the witch toed shoes weird right!) they're classic. And they look good on just about every one you see pictured wearing them.
Hmm it seems as though I'm forgetting something!
Oh thats right I forgot to tell you that they not only come in a heel or flat version. They come in like every color and pattern you can think of whats better then a different color every day of the week! That has to be every shoe lovers dream!

But wait hold the phone theres more, I have just uncovered the answer to every women prayers/question. What about summer? Please make a shoe just like these beautiful babies for summer.(Although its not to hard to find amazing shoes for the summer. Future post?) Well wait no longer Valentino has answered our prayers! Like they would ever let us down.

I am absolutely in love with these shoes in every style, color, and pattern! Even though these shoes are not in the price range that most women can afford doesn't mean we can't dream! The pump style will cost you around $950 flats $775 and Sandals $945.
Pick up a pair and try the magic for yourself. Its almost impossible to make these shoes look bad they will go with almost anything. There perfect with a simple dress, even with the most layered outfit these shoes will surely make you stand out in a good way of course!
